Delivery and Returns

 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

 

Delivery

United Kingdom

Standard delivery is First Class Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. You will be given the tracking number so you can follow its progress.  

Elsewhere

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail, again using a tracked and signed for service where possible. 

The time taken varies between countries and times of year. There are often customs delays.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Return items within: 28 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt. 

Note: I regret that because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (like earrings) (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  
Please note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days after receipt for a refund to be processed.

 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I am happy to exchange items.
 

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
